Introduction

The aim of this project is to design and manufacture a parabolic solar collector water heating system. In this project, this concept, as well as some other concepts of engineering will be used to help people heat the water with using the solar radiation.
Objective of
the project
This project will be going through many stages:

To review and compare this technology with other similar and existing alternatives.

To propose a design and create a CAD model in SolidWorks.

To derive a mathematical model and perform numerical analysis.

To manufacture the system.

To perform experiments to test and validate the results
